Terms of Service & Waiver of Liability

Welcome to Sultry Artistry LLC. By booking an event, purchasing services, or participating in any activity hosted by Sultry Artistry LLC, you ("you" or "Participant") agree to the following Terms of Service and Waiver of Liability:


1. Services Overview


Sultry Artistry LLC offers acrylic flow painting experiences, including public and private painting events, corporate workshops, and custom art commissions. Services may be held at third-party venues or at a customer-specified location.


2. Event Participation Requirements


  • All participants must be age 18+ to attend events involving alcoholic beverages.
  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Proper attire is encouraged, as paint may stain clothing even with protective gear.


3. Cancellations & Refunds


  • Public Events: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with 24 hours’ notice.
  • Private Events: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a partial refund (less non-refundable deposit). No refunds within 7 days of the event.
  • Custom Artwork Consultations: Consultations are free of charge.


At Sultry Artistry, each piece of art is a unique, handcrafted creation. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any original paintings, commissioned works, or flow art pieces.


Damaged Art on Delivery

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:


  1. The damaged area
  2. The original packaging
  3. The shipping label


We’ll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.


4. Payment Terms


All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than the scheduled event date and must be paid in full prior to services being rendered.


We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure platform. Failure to complete payment in full prior to the event may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.


5. Photography Release


By attending any Sultry Artistry LLC event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and authorize the use of such media for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.


6. Waiver of Liability


a. Assumption of Risk


You acknowledge and agree that participation in painting activities carries potential risks, including but not limited to paint spills, minor injuries, allergic reactions, and property damage. Participation is voluntary, and you assume all such risks.


b. Release of Claims


To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sultry Artistry LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in our events or use of our services.


c. Venue & Host Liability


Sultry Artistry LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur at private residences or third-party venues where events are held. The individual who books the event (“Host”) and/or the Venue assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all attendees.


In the event of any injury, accident, or property damage, claims must be directed through the Host’s homeowners/renters insurance policy and/or the Venue’s insurance policy. The Host and/or Venue agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sultry Artistry LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or expenses arising out of the event.


7. Intellectual Property


All designs, artwork, and instructional content are the intellectual property of Sultry Artistry LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.


8. Governing Law


These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
